<p>Red ale comes from West Flanders. It belongs to the family of so-called sour ales, which are fermented by wild microorganisms. It is a blend of young and old beers, matured in oak barrels. It has a beautiful honey-red color, which makes the drink reminiscent of Burgundy wine, stable foam and little carbonation. The density of the drink is 12%, and the strength - 5.5 degrees.</p> <p><strong>Flavor characteristics</strong></p> <p>The beer has a pleasant sour-sweet taste dominated by hints of caramel and cherry.
