In all Brasserie Lambic there is an exclusive, for the first time brought to Russia,
Westvleteren beer by Trappist monks from Belgium.
Trappist ales brewed by the monks of the Cistercian order of strict observance within the walls of the monastery, with the observance of secret technologies and recipes, are a unique style of beer and an important chapter in the history of world brewing. Trappist monks produce beer, liquors, household chemicals, foodstuffs, and cheese, among other things. The proceeds from sales go to monasteries and charity.
A 330ml bottle of reference ale for 1400 rubles is a good investment: the beer is stored for years, maturing and improving its flavor qualities.

We celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join us at the largest beer festival in the world! This year, in keeping with this wonderful tradition, we've created this menu in collaboration with Miratorg, inspired by the recent festival. We'll start with a crispy pretzel, which we all look forward to every year, and flaky roti with pulled pork! For main courses, we'll have pork loin schnitzel and smoked pork brisket with crispy cauliflower. Pair it all with German beers from the Beer Atlas! The star of the menu is traditionally the mini bone-in pork knuckle! This year, we're glazing it in demi-glace sauce and serving it with mashed potatoes and French fries.
