A Belgian brasserie with a unique range of beers and European cuisine cooks lamb on a spit every Thursday.
From now on, Brasserie Lambic on Gogolevsky Boulevard cooks on an open fire every Thursday. The spit is made upon special order of the restaurant and installed right in the dining area and the meat - beef churrasco - (790 p / 145 gr) is cooked on it.
Our guests can watch how the fragrant and tender meat is gradually roasted till golden brown from the table right from 18:00. A beer sommelier will help you to choose the perfect beer accompaniment.
