Autumn new items in Beer Atlas!

We have updated the Beer Atlas of Brasserie Lambic network, and in the next few days you will be able to evaluate the work done. The updated guide to beers from all over the world is updated with new sections and expanded geography of the presented beers, which we will please you with this season.

You asked for it - we did it! We added the classic German wheat ale Schneider Tap6 from the oldest Bavarian brewery. Its rich flavor and strength provide this beer with a unique, strong character. This wheat side is completely devoid of spiritedness: it drinks softly and refreshingly. And we also introduced a strong warming dark ale Triporteur Full Moon, made from a special type of malt BOM Full Moon, which is roasted only during the full moon.

We also put new cherries on tap: a light sweet St. Louis Premium Kriek and a strong and dense Petrus Aged Red. The first is made on the basis of lambic, where a quarter is cherry juice, which was infused in the geese for six months. Very fruity, with a sourness and a slight hint of almond that comes through from the cherry pips. The second is a luxurious cherry beer, which is specially aged in oak barrels, giving the beer a refined slightly dry taste.

And according to the long tradition of Northern Europe, an integral part of the Christmas holidays is the consumption of Christmas beer, we supported the tradition and added bottled beer:
St-Feuillien Cuvée de Noël, a flavorful, rich and dense stout ale that is brewed annually in the run-up to Christmas.
Samuel Smith's Winter - each year the label is dedicated to an iconic event and hand-drawn by an artist. The full body is the result of fermentation in Yorkshire cubes, and the rich malt flavor that most people like so much is balanced by the addition of Fugle and Golding hops.
Delirium Christmas is the Christmas variety in the Delirium lineup, with a blend of aromatic herbs added during production.

New items will gradually appear on tap at all restaurants over the next week!

We're looking forward to visiting!
