More meat!
November 14 More Meat! Festival starts in Lambic! These are not just a few new dishes from our brand chefs Denis Kuznetsov and Evgeny Goncharov, but a specially designed menu, together with sommelier Diana Dvoretskaya. We considered seasonality when choosing side dishes and marinades for alternative steaks made from premium beef, and choose the perfect red from the updated Lambic wine list for every dish.

- Denver steak with spinach and parsnips, recommended with a glass of Carmenere Syrah Reserva Maule DO J. Bouchon 2019
- Beef sausage with potatoes and mustard sauce, recommended with a glass of Tempranillo Organic Rueda DO Cuatro Rayas 2018
