We launched the Beer Atlas update at Brasserie Lambic, and you can already appreciate the work done. The guide to beer from all over the world, which we will delight you with this season, has been replenished with five new varieties.
Bayreuther Hell — refreshing Bavarian hel with rich taste and subtle hop bitterness.
Bornem Blonde — pale Belgian ale brewed by Brouwerij Van Steenberge. The Bornem line was dedicated to the Abbey of Sint-Bernardus, which was located in the vicinity of the city of Bornem.
Schneider Weisse Tap 7 Unser Original — a unique wheat beer brewed according to the original recipe developed by the founder of the brewery G. Schneider & Sohn in 1872 . Thanks to the harmonious combination of only the best ingredients, the beer has a mild, rich taste.
Young’s Double Chocolate Stout — a chic stout with a dense black color, slightly sweet taste with dominant notes of dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla, raisins and roasted malt. This stout uses real dark chocolate and chocolate essence. Beer has never received high awards at international competitions.
«Petrus Bordo» — this variety is made on the basis of a sour ale aged in a special large oak barrel — fuder, which in turn is the hallmark of the brewery. Petrus Bordeaux is refreshing and easy to drink. ABV 5.5%. This variety has just appeared in Russia and is already available in many Lambic restaurants!
The novelties have already appeared in all Lambic gradually, however, we recommend checking availability in a particular restaurant before visiting by phone: +7 (495) 432- 09-90

Lambic continues to introduce you to contemporary art. Together with the TIKHO gallery, we present the RE:pair exhibition, which you can view on the walls of the Lambic restaurant at 33/1 Gogolevsky Boulevard. The RE:pair exhibition is a process of reassembly. — The prefix RE: indicates a return, rethinking, and repetition. — Pair in the title refers to the format of a duet — two authors, two types of sensitivity, two trajectories.— RE:pair can also be read as repair — a “fix” or “restoration.” But here we are not talking about a return to the original, but about reassembly. Authors Anastasia Malinovskaya and Yan Tikhonenko lead the viewer on a journey from rigid logic to a new, more sensitive perception of the world — to the lost irrational, suppressed in the process of adaptation to the social structure. The TIKHO Gallery is an independent gallery founded by Irina and Yan Tikhonenko. The gallery is located in Moscow, in an old 19th-century mansion on Chistye Prudy. You can learn more about the exhibition and purchase an exhibit at the Lambic restaurant at 33/1 Gogolevsky Boulevard.

Meet the new seasonal menu «The Magnificent Seven» at Brasserie Lambic from February 15! These are not just sandwiches. These are seven full-fledged, bold, and very different characters. We have selected seven of the best flavors and textures for you. And we haven’t forgotten the most important quality — the perfect pairing with beer! — Shrimp burger with shrimp patty, tartar sauce, and lightly salted cucumber.— Mini beef burgers in warm pepper sauce.— Mini beef burgers in warm mushroom sauce.— Taco Birra with braised beef tails, mozzarella, and demi-glace sauce.— Hot dog with beef brisket, pickled cabbage, barbecue sauce, and mustard.— Hot dog with artisanal pork and beef sausage, sauerkraut, and barbecue and mustard sauces.— Crispy chicken sandwich on brioche with romaine lettuce and Caesar sauce. To accompany the new seasonal dishes, the Lambic team recommends an exclusive draft beer: Lambic and Stout Timmermans & Guinness. This is an amazing blend of three beers: Guinness West Indies Porter, Guinness Special Export, and Timmermans Oude Kriek. The result is a dark beer with a subtle pink hue in the foam and an aroma combining chocolate, cherry, and oak. The menu is available to order from February 15 at Lambic restaurants at the following addresses: 40A Myasnitskaya St., Strastnoy Boulevard 7s1, Verkhnyaya Radishchevskaya 15s1, Gogolevsky Boulevard 33/1, Turchaninov Lane 3s5, Khodynsky Boulevard 2, Krasnoproletarskaya 16s2, Dmitriya Ulyanova 5A, and Vorontsovo Pole 11/32.
