The long-awaited chanterelle season at Lambic! We’ve selected three dishes from our main menu that we’re now preparing with chanterelles:  — Potatoes with chanterelles, feta cream, and herbs — Smoked roast beef from the picanya cut with chanterelles, capers, arugula, and Parmesan — Fettuccine with brisket, chanterelles, and Parmesan in a sweet pepper sauce We simmer the chanterelles in garlic oil with white wine and parsley. For the new seasonal menu, we’ve once again joined forces with Miratorg to pool our knowledge and experience in working with meat and have created nine dishes inspired by vibrant Asian flavors and combinations: — Pan-seared roll with squid and pork. — Taco with pork and muer mushrooms. — Pan-seared beef with rice, kimchi, and egg. — Pan-seared chicken with rice, kimchi, and egg. — Roti with Sichuan-style beef. — Cucumber salad with pork. — Pork belly with mashed potatoes and apple. — Filet mignon with Kenyan beans and shiitake mushrooms. — Rack of lamb with couscous and raisins.
