Russian seasons in Lambic
The New Year holiday for us is not just one day a year. This is a whole season when you can immerse yourself in the cozy nostalgia of childhood and family traditions! And that’s why we launched our Russian seasons at Lambic to plunge into those very memories!
We recommend starting with snacks and salads. There you will find familiar and beloved dishes from childhood, but in the author’s Lambic presentation: mimosa with smoked salmon and red caviar, herring with tartare from Yalta onions with crumpled potatoes, toast with Baltic sprat and pancakes with trout caviar.
The main dishes included mini cabbage rolls with crab, dumplings with marbled beef, pancakes with cream julienne and dumplings with potatoes and mushrooms with parmesan mousse. We recommend sparkling wine Magnatum Blanc de Blanc or a set of four berry tinctures «Onegin».
In order to warm up, try fish soup from three types of fish with toast with herring oil, and to lift the mood — honey cake with sea buckthorn cream and spicy persimmon!

The new seasonal menu is valid in all Lambic restaurants in Moscow, except for restaurants at 10c6 Neverovsky St., 65 Bolshaya Ordynka St., 8 Malaya Sukharevskaya Square and 10 block B Presnenskaya Embankment.

On October 22 at 8 p.m., Lambic at 33/1 Gogolevsky Boulevard will host a tasting of six Belgian blond ales. The beer tasting will be led by Ilya Mukhin, a beer sommelier, who will talk in detail about the origins of the style, how it differs from others, and the characteristics of each blonde ale from the tasting: 1. Omer Traditional Blonde 2. La Trappe Blond 3. Delirium Tremens 4. Ename Blond 5. Petrus Blond6. Averbode The cost of an electronic ticket for the tasting is 4990 rubles.
