Big menu update at Lambic!
We really wanted to have time to please Lambic's guests during the May holidays, and we succeeded!
In addition to the draw, dedicated to the company's tenth anniversary, starting in May, we launched a major update of the main menu! Check out 20 new and updated dishes with a special mark in the main menu!
Three new items with peking duck: waffle, salad and burger expand the richness of the flavors of our menu. Truffle sauce for mussels, ptitim pasta with cuttlefish ink and seafood, burger with tuna steak will remind you of the sea, better than any words.
Now in the main menu the main hits of our winter festival of Belgian waffles, — potato waffles with beef steak and hot cheese and sweet wheat waffles with strawberries and ice cream. The Desserts section also features a classic New York cheesecake with fresh strawberry sauce and healthy berry bowl with sorbet granola for a full breakfast. Another new — a large assortment of three types of shrimp on — Magadan, comb and Bering shrimp with aioli sauce. More seafood salads have also been added: a light and fresh one with shrimp, avocado and feta cream is complemented by a more hearty salad with octopus, baked potatoes and balsamic sauce. : classic okroshka in two even more classic options: on kvass or kefir.

Every Wednesday at Brasserie Lambic, the restaurant waives the markup on ten popular menu items. Through mid-May, guests can enjoy the menu’s best-sellers at cost price every Wednesday. Ten dishes from the main menu are featured in the promotion each week, and the selection will change weekly. The rules are simple: head to Lambic on Wednesday, look for the burgundy price tags on the menu, and enjoy the chain’s most popular dishes at the best possible price. If you haven’t visited Brasserie Lambic yet, this is the perfect opportunity! Lambic continues to introduce you to contemporary art. Together with the TIKHO gallery, we present the RE:pair exhibition, which you can view on the walls of the Lambic restaurant at 33/1 Gogolevsky Boulevard. The RE:pair exhibition is a process of reassembly. — The prefix RE: indicates a return, rethinking, and repetition. — Pair in the title refers to the format of a duet — two authors, two types of sensitivity, two trajectories.— RE:pair can also be read as repair — a “fix” or “restoration.” But here we are not talking about a return to the original, but about reassembly. Authors Anastasia Malinovskaya and Yan Tikhonenko lead the viewer on a journey from rigid logic to a new, more sensitive perception of the world — to the lost irrational, suppressed in the process of adaptation to the social structure. The TIKHO Gallery is an independent gallery founded by Irina and Yan Tikhonenko. The gallery is located in Moscow, in an old 19th-century mansion on Chistye Prudy.
